2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Product images are representative; actual colors may vary slightly
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities

3. Order and Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when you receive your order
  • Open Box Delivery: Inspect your product before payment
  • Orders are confirmed via phone call
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if we cannot contact you

4. Delivery

  • Free delivery across Bangladesh
  • Dhaka: 2-3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays
  • You must provide accurate contact and address information

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Products can be returned if defective or damaged upon delivery
  • Report issues within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and may take additional time
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

6. Size Policy

Please refer to our size guide before ordering. Size-related returns may incur delivery charges. Available sizes are:

  • M: Bust 36-38"
  • L: Bust 38-40"
  • XL: Bust 40-42"

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
